These terms govern your use of www.grantcontrols.com (the "Website") and every purchase made on it from Grant Controls, 110 Imperial Plaza, Opp. Anand Talkies, Somwar Bazar Road, Sitabuldi, Nagpur 440012, Maharashtra ("Grant Controls", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your e-mail, or with Google. Keep access to your e-mail secure; anyone who can read it can sign in to your account.
The name, mobile number, addresses and GST details you give us must be accurate. Deliveries, invoices and warranty claims rely on them.
We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these terms.

2. Products, prices and availability

Product photos are representative. Specifications are as published by the manufacturer and may change without notice.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you pay.
Stock is confirmed only when your payment succeeds. If a product becomes unavailable or a price was displayed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Some products are sold on request ("Get a quote"); these are quoted separately and are not part of an online order.

3. Orders and payment

All online orders are prepaid. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. A tax invoice is available in My Account.
For business purchases you may enter your company name and GSTIN at checkout. You are responsible for their correctness; invoices cannot be re-issued to a different GSTIN after the return for that period is filed.

4. Delivery

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India through India Post and private courier partners. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control do not make us liable for losses.
Please check the package on delivery. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, note this on the carrier's delivery record, take photos and tell us the same day.

5. Installation services

Installation is optional and offered only for products and locations where it is shown at checkout. It is charged per unit, plus 18% GST, and is shown as a separate line on your invoice.
Installation is currently not available in some regions (including Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and the North-Eastern states). The Website tells you automatically if your address is outside our installation area.
Our team will contact you after delivery to schedule installation. You must provide safe access, power supply, cabling routes and any civil work the site needs, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Once payment is complete, an order cannot be cancelled by the customer, through the Website or on request.
We may cancel an order only when we find it impossible to deliver, process or fulfil it (for example, the product is unavailable, the delivery or installation address cannot be served, a price was shown in error, or the order appears fraudulent). In that case we refund the full amount paid, including delivery and installation charges, to the original payment method; banks usually credit refunds within 5-7 working days after we initiate them.
We do not accept returns and do not replace products, including products that are damaged or defective. Faults are handled under the manufacturer's warranty (section 7). Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty on the terms published by the manufacturer, and defects are repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or its authorised service centre under that warranty. We help you raise the claim. Keep your invoice and the original box, which are required for warranty service. Warranty does not cover physical damage, electrical surges, improper installation by third parties, or unauthorised repairs.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with security features, scraping it at scale, or using it to send unlawful content. We log security events to protect our customers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where you reside.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page tell you which terms apply. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
